iRG Repair Group has achieved Level 4 under the Accident Repair Industry Environmental Standard (ARIES).
ARIES provides the accident-repair industry with a practical framework for measuring environmental impact, reducing carbon emissions and demonstrating meaningful progress.
Achieving Level 4 reflects the work taking place across iRG to manage and reduce the environmental impact of our operations.
At this level, organisations must demonstrate annual carbon-emission reduction, progress against a Carbon Reduction Management Plan covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, evidence of environmental investment and planning for relevant Scope 3 emissions.
Our progress is supported by structured measurement, documented actions and independent verification.
iRG previously achieved carbon-neutral status in accordance with PAS 2060. Our move to ARIES represents the next stage of our environmental journey.
Rather than relying on offsetting alone, ARIES places greater emphasis on understanding emissions, investing in operational improvements and delivering measurable reductions wherever practicable.
We are committed to:
Monitoring energy use and carbon emissions
Identifying opportunities to reduce energy consumption
Improving waste management and recycling
Investing in efficient repair processes and equipment
Reviewing the environmental impact of our supply chain
Providing evidence of progress through the ARIES framework
Continuing to improve our environmental performance
Sustainability is an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time achievement. Our ARIES Level 4 status marks important progress while giving us a clear framework for continued improvement.
We will continue working with our colleagues, customers, partners and suppliers to support a more efficient and environmentally responsible accident-repair industry.
